Assoc Prof Jamus Jerome Lim asked the Minister for Health (a) whether medical personnel are trained to explain the nature of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) cycle threshold (CT) values to COVID‐19 patients; and (b) whether it is in the standard operating procedures not to release the CT values to the COVID‐19 patients when such values are conveniently available in the lab test reports.
