Assoc Prof Jamus Jerome Lim asked the Minister for Health whether resource constraints at our medical facilities and hospitals remain a binding constraint on (i) the full removal of vaccine-differentiated measures (VDMs) and (ii) the consideration to make such VDMs illegal.
