Ms He Ting Ru asked the Minister for Health in each of the last five years, how many patients in the restructured hospitals have had their procedures either (i) postponed or (ii) cancelled, due to an inability to put up the requisite deposit before the scheduled procedure or treatment was meant to take place, as broken down into residency status.
