Mr Leon Perera asked the Minister for Home Affairs (a) under what circumstances will law enforcement agencies divulge the names of individuals who are associated with an ongoing investigation or details of the said investigation before it is completed; and (b) in cases where such information is publicly divulged, what measures are taken to ensure that the said public disclosure does not prejudice the investigation or the individuals concerned.
