Ms He Ting Ru asked the Minister for Education whether the Ministry will consider requiring all Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to publish the eligibility criteria for all IHL-specific financial aid schemes.
Mr Chan Chun Sing: Most Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) already publish the general eligibility criteria for IHL-specific financial aid schemes. The Ministry of Education has recently advised all IHLs to do so.
