Ms He Ting Ru asked the Minister for Culture, Community and Youth (a) whether any public funds were spent in taking out the full-page advertisement in the Business Times on 3 August 2023 by the Advisor to Yuhua Grassroots Organisations and various grassroots leaders to recipients of the Singapore Business Awards 2023; (b) if yes, from which agency the funds came from and how much was spent; and (c) what was the rationale behind taking out the advertisement.
