Mr Gerald Giam Yean Song asked the Minister for National Development (a) whether the Ministry has a projection of the impact that the additional restrictions on Plus and Prime HDB BTO flats have on resale HDB flat prices that are (i) within the vicinity of such flats and (ii) in other areas nationwide; and (b) if so, what are the results of these projections.
