
Mr Dennis Tan Lip Fong asked the Prime Minister in light of the recent disruption to banking digital services for DBS and Citibank on 14 October 2023 (a) what are the lessons which can be learned from the outage; and (b) whether the Government will be taking any action to ensure that similar disruptions will not recur or will be minimised in the future.
