Mr Dennis Tan Lip Fong asked the Minister for Transport (a) whether the Ministry has studied the potential cost impact of ERP 2.0 on heavy road users, such as taxi, private hire and delivery platform drivers; and (b) whether any cost alleviating measures will be considered for these road users to prevent operators from transferring costs to end users.
