Mr Chua Kheng Wee Louis asked the Minister for Transport (a) whether business aviation flights are required to use 1% Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) from 2026 and pay SAF levies; and (b) what is the basis for this levy being charged.
Mr Chee Hong Tat: The Sustainable Aviation Fuel levy will apply to all flights departing Singapore from 2026, including business aviation flights.
